We have a fully-equipped gym, and Pilates reformers, trapeze, combo chair and thoracic barrel to help you recover from injury or to improve strength, conditioning and fitness. We recommend a program of at least three months in order to gain the strength, co-ordination and other benefits of pilates. Many of our participants choose to continue with classes and have been attending for many years. If this isn't possible for you we will help you progress to a local gym, community exercise program or your own home exercise program.
Clinical Pilates is covered by most private health fund insurance extras, as well as TAC and WorkSafe. Fee gaps may apply.
One-on-one and small group sessions of three to four members taught by our physiotherapists are available. Despite being in a group setting, you will be doing your own individual program under the supervision of one of our clinical pilates trained physiotherapists.
Three to four private consultations are required before attending a group session to enable assessment, develop a tailored program for your specific needs and to familiarise you with the equipment and exercises so that you perform them safely. One to two consultations may be all that is required if you have attended pilates sessions with us in the past or attended another centre.
