We have a fully-equipped gym, and Pilates reformers, trapeze and combo chair to help you recover from injury or to improve strength, conditioning and fitness. We recommend a program of at least 10 weeks in order to gain the strength, co-ordination and other benefits of pilates. Many of our participants choose to continue with classes and have been attending for many years. If this isn't possible for you we will help you progress to a local gym, community exercise program or your own home exercise program.
Clinical Pilates is covered by most private health fund insurance extras, as well as TAC and WorkSafe. Fee gaps may apply.
One-on-one and small group classes of three to four members taught by our physiotherapists are available. All classes are 55 minutes long. Despite being in a group setting, you will be doing your own individual program under the supervision of one of our clinical pilates trained physiotherapists.
Two to four private consultations are required before attending a group class for assessment, to develop a tailored program for your specific needs and to familiarise you with the equipment and exercises.
